BC Teacher-Librarians' AssociationWe are pleased to announce BCTLA’s 2023 fall conference – Social Justice League: Teacher-Librarians’ Edition! We are also very excited to announce our keynote speaker – Bryan Bone (Miss Gina Tonic)!! Bryan is a teacher in Richmond school district, an artist, and performs as drag queen Miss Gina Tonic. Our conference will have a focus on all social justice related topics, though we welcome and are looking for workshop proposals on all things school library learning commons! We also welcome proposals for offsite or field trip workshops. These workshops will be scheduled in the morning, ensuring participants will be on site for the keynote and lunch.
