Vendor Applications

We are excited to let you know that our BC Teacher-Librarians’ Association (BCTLA), a Provincial Specialist Association (PSA) is presenting a professional development conference for BC Teacher-Librarians on Friday, October 24, 2025, in Vancouver, BC. The conference will be held at Gladstone Secondary School (4105 Gladstone St, Vancouver, BC V5N 4Z1). There are many Teacher-Librarians who are new to their job, the BCTLA and what is offered at the conference. 

Here are some benefits to participating as a vendor at our conference:

1. Access to over 300 Teacher-Librarians in public and independent schools around the province of British Columbia. 

2. Competitive rates – $150/table for Non-Profit companies, $600 for Bronze level, $800 for Silver level, $1,000 for Gold level and $1,400 for Platinum level.

3. For booksellers, many Teacher-Librarians will do the bulk of their book shopping for the school year at this event.

4. A chance to make connections with educators around the province.

All vendors will be in the large gym which is also where conference attendees will have lunch. This allows for conference attendees to have consolidated access to all vendors. As this will also be a hybrid conference, we will be having a Virtual Vendors page on our Conference website. We appreciate your support and want you to be able to promote your products as effectively as possible.

We are offering the following options:

Vendor Website link ($150) – The BCTLA Conference web page is part of all other Vendor options that will be advertised before and throughout the conference. Included is your company logo, a brief description of your company, and a link to your company website on the BCTLA Conference webpage. You may also offer draws/prizes. 
Includes: Advertising, website link on the Vendor Virtual Page
Non-Profit ($150) – There are limited spaces available for this option. You will have a table, one lunch, one parking space, and a website link with your company logo, a brief description of your company, and a link to your company website on the BCTLA Conference webpage. 
Includes: 1 table, 1 lunch, parking, website link on the Vendor Virtual Page
Bronze Vendor Option ($600)– this option offers space to put up your display, a lunch and a link in the Vendors’ Virtual Hall. Your company logo will be put on the conference website and at the registration table.
Includes: 1 table, 1 lunch, 1 parking space, website link on the Vendor Virtual Page
Silver Vendor Option ($800) – this option offers space to put up your display, lunch, and a link the Vendors’ Virtual Hall. Your company logo will be put onto the conference website and behind the registration table.
Includes: 1-2 tables, 2 lunches, 1 parking space, website link on the Vendor Virtual Page
Gold Vendor Option ($1,000) – if you choose this option, you will have 2-3 tables, your company logo & information on the conference website, and behind the registration table as well as your website link in the Vendors’ Hall.
Includes: 2-3 tables, 3 lunches, 2 parking spaces, advertising, excellent location, website link on the Vendor Virtual Page
Platinum Sponsor includes a Workshop option ($1,400) Two workshop spaces are being opened during the conference workshop schedule. Participants will be able to register for the workshops. Spots will be given to the first two companies to ask for the workshop option. There are a total of two workshop spaces available during the day. You will be able to showcase your books, recent & upcoming publications, as well as your products & services. We suggest that you offer a 30-minute elementary presentation and a 30-minute secondary presentation. We will explain this in the registration information. There will also be extra advertising with your company logo on the conference page, the banner at the registration table and on a slide as part of the introduction of the Keynote & for workshop presentations.
Includes: 3-4 tables, 3-4 lunches, 2 parking spaces, option of giving a workshop, prime location, advertising, website link on the Vendor Virtual Page
