Vendor Applications

We are excited to let you know that our BC Teacher-Librarians’ Association (BCTLA), a Provincial Specialist Association (PSA) is presenting a professional development conference for BC Teacher-Librarians on Friday, October 23, 2026, in Coquitlam, BC. The conference will be held at the Executive Plaza Hotel (405 North Road #1). There are many Teacher-Librarians who are new to their job, the BCTLA and what is offered at the conference. 

Here are some benefits to participating as a vendor at our conference:

1. Access to over 300 Teacher-Librarians in public and independent schools around the province of British Columbia. 

2. Competitive rates.

3. For booksellers, many Teacher-Librarians will do the bulk of their book shopping for the school year at this event.

4. A chance to make connections with educators around the province.

The majority of the vendors will be virtual this year as we have limited space in-person at the hotel. You will be provided with a dedicated Zoom breakout room during the conference, open to all online participants to join and engage with you throughout the day. We appreciate your support and want you to be able to promote your products as effectively as possible.

We are offering the following:

Virtual Vendor ($150) – You will be provided with a dedicated Zoom breakout room during the conference, open to all online participants to join and engage with you throughout the day. The BCTLA Conference web page will be advertised before and throughout the conference. Included is your company logo, a brief description of your company, and a link to your company website on the BCTLA Conference webpage. You may also offer draws/prizes.
